I will not go back here. Been there twice, they tried to charge me two times for repeat failed inspections and got uppity when I corrected them. I had an AC compressor installed and brought it to them to have it charged. I came back as the AC wasn't cooling. They charged me $200 and told me I need a new compressor ($1400). Still no AC. I went somewhere else, they saw the compressor was not connected, plugged it in and it works great now I went here because it was near my work, I would rather walk across town for service than return here.

Arrived at PT at 830 AM. Air conditioning temperature was β€œcool”, but not β€œcold”. Needed it back by 12 PM. Blake took it in to diagnose the problem. Discovered some Freon links and made the repair. Called at 1130 AM to say A/C had been repaired. Excellent service! Jesse Ray

So my girlfriends car threw some engine codes p0304 (cylinder 4 misfire) and code p0204 (cylinder 4 injector β€œA” circuit). I took a look at it and noticed a fuel injector connection was loose. I made sure it was secure and the car drove fine after that no codes or lights. My girlfriend and her mom still wanted to take it in and this shop ended up doing nothing related to the engine code at all. They ran a β€œdiagnostic” test and determined the engine oil cooler β€œhad a hole in it”. Yet the car had never leaked oil and has only overheated 1 time to which it never overheated again. When they called to let my girlfriend’s mom know what was β€œwrong” they upsold her on things the car did not need. They replaced all 6 spark plugs yet the plugs were brand new 5000 miles ago. They even changed the headlights without permission because β€œone was out” but the car never once gave a message about a headlight being out as well as I saw both headlights working just fine the day before when I was looking over the car. They also replaced the headlights with halogen yellow lights yet the lights I myself had put in the car were LED. They ended up charging them almost $1600 for work that did not need to b

I took my vehicle here on Saturday because they were the only auto shop open. The rep told me they would call me back on Monday and get it done then. I let them know that I had to leave that evening for a business trip. They never bothered to call. So when I called to pick it up, they said they didn't have parts. Then for the next three days, I never received a call to let me know what's going on. The lack of communication made it very difficult to figure out how and when to schedule retrieving my vehicle. If you want to be in the loop of what's happening with your vehicle, or if you value professionalism, this isn't the shop for you.
